CAB Terms of Service

Welcome to Crossing All Bridges, Inc. “CAB”! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Crossing All Bridges, Inc. ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crossing All Bridges, Inc.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Services
Our Services include the translation of documents, websites, software, and other content from one language to another. You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information necessary for the translation services.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You also agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to us for translation. We retain all ownership rights in the translated content that we provide to you, and we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the translated content for your personal or internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality
We understand that the content you provide to us may be confidential. We agree to keep your content confidential and not to disclose it to any third party except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

7. Payment Terms
Payment for our Services is due in advance or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via Credit cards, Debit cards, Automated clearing house (ACH), Cash, Paper checks, eChecks, Digital payments, and money orders. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Crossing All Bridges, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms signifies your acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
